De Quervain Tenosynovitis Self Massage | Follow Along Tutorial
This is a tutorial on how to massage your thumb for De Quervain Tenosynovitis. I go over how to massage each affected tendon, including abductor pollicis longus, extensor pollicis brevis, extensor pollicis longus, opponens pollicis, and extensor retinaculum.
This is a self massage guide, a follow along guide, and a thumb massage guide.

The exercises I present in this video are very general and may of may not be indicated for your specific problem. You are encouraged to seek local help from a professional who can recommend treatment specific to your individual needs.
