Exercises For Finger Weakness with Therapy Putty

In this video I will demonstrate how to strengthen your fingers using therapy putty. Therapy putty is the most versatile tool for finger strengthening. It is my favorite way to address finger weakness. First I will show you how to use the therapy putty in some of tendon glide movements. Second, I will show you how to use the therapy putty to strengthen finger abductors and adductors. Third, I will go over the putty exercises from the manual that came in the Hand Therapy Kit, made by Special Supplies. I did a full review for this Kit so make sure to check out that video please! Exercise prescription: No more than 5 minutes of continuous use of the putty. You could aggravate your existing injury or cause unnecessary soreness and pain. There are a lot of exercises here. You don’t have to do all of them to increase grip strength. Work with your physical therapist or hand therapist on which exercises you should do. These exercises are great for finger strengthening as well as getting rid of finger stiffness.

Hand Therapy Kit Special Supplies | Therapist Review

This is an unsponsored review of Hand Therapy Kit made by Special Supplies. In this video I will tell you the price of this product, the pros and cons, whether the pros outweigh the cons, and who will benefit from this product. I will share with you whether or not this product is worth the price from a physical therapist’s perspective.
I'm not going to post an link to this product because I don't have an affiliate link and this video is not sponsored. I paid for this thing out of pocket. They did not send this to me to review, and no one asked me to post a link, so there is no link. I did buy this from Amazon though. If you like the review and want to support my reviews, please watch my videos, thank you!

Best Exercises For Finger Stiffness

In this video I will show you a number of flexibility exercises for finger stiffness. Finger stiffness is a very common symptom of finger arthritis as well as post-hand or wrist fracture cast removal. You could even develop finger stiffness from shoulder and elbow injuries. If you have trouble closing your fingers fully or opening your fingers fully, this video is for you. This video is focused on flexibility exercises. I will make another video on finger strengthening exercises.

Home Scoliosis Exercises That You Need to Know

I didn’t actually want to make this video because I’m not a scoliosis PT. I am not certified to teach scoliosis anymore and I don’t remember a lot of the things I used to teach. However I do remember some basic exercises. The first exercise is the easiest one to do I my opinion: semi hanging. Semi hanging is much more doable than full hanging. There are also more modifications you can do. I will demonstrate three variations of semi hanging, from easy to hard. The second exercise is still easy to do, but a bit more tricky to set up: supine breathing with traction Both of these exercises utilize traction AND breathing. The goal is to strengthen the intercostal muscles while you traction your spine. The semi hanging tractions your spine through your upper body (your arms), and the supine breathing set up tractions your spine through your lower body (your hips). Both are great and both are important. I have also included two bonus exercises at the end that supplement these exercises. The traction component in the two exercises are also great for lumbar decompression.

AUVON Neck & Shoulder Massager | Therapist Review

This is an unsponsored product review of AUVON Neck & Shoulder Massager. This product is called a neck and shoulder massager, but what it really just targets the neck. Products like this one are also called chiropractor pillows and cervical traction pillows. I gain nothing by doing this review. I don't even have an Amazon affiliate link (my channel is too small to quality for Amazon affiliate). I did not get paid in any way, shape, or form to review this product. I did get this product for free though.
