Upper Traps Strain? Try These Exercises!
In this video I will go over three categories of exercises for upper trapezius pain: massage, stretching, and strengthening. Massaging and strengthening are great for immediate symptom relief, and strengthening is key for long term relief.
Massage: the massage techniques I am going over are self-massage techniques. The trigger point release of the upper trapezius is recommended by both SpineCare Decompression and Chiropractic Center as well as Physical Therapy 101.
Strengthening: Physiotutors, SpineCare, and Bob & Brad all recommend some form of upper trapezius strengthening. SpinCare and Physiotutors both recommended a overhead shrugs. Bob & Brad and Physiotutors both recommended monkey shrugs.

LoGest Therapy Putty Set | Therapist Review
This is an unsponsored review of Exercise Putty Set made by LoGest. In this video I will tell you the price of this product, the pros and cons, whether the pros outweigh the cons, and who will benefit from this product.
I will share with you whether or not this product is worth the price from a physical therapist’s perspective.
I'm not going to post an link to this product because I don't have an affiliate link and this video is not sponsored. I paid for this thing out of pocket. They did not send this to me to review, and no one asked me to post a link, so there is no link. I did buy this from Amazon though. If you like the review and want to support my reviews, please watch my videos, thank you!
