3 Simple Steps to Fixing Plantar Fasciitis
What is plantar fasciitis? Plantar fasciitis is the inflammation of the plantar fascia. If you have plantar fasciitis, it is painful to walk with every step. The pain will be the worst with the first step after you get out from your bed. It is also very painful when you go from walking with shoes to walking without shoes.
It is not very difficult to treat plantar fasciitis without medication. You just have to prepare for each of the three situations appropriately: the first step after waking, walking, and transitioning from walking with shoes to walking without shoes. I will show you how to prepare for each of these three situations in this video. If you follow my recommendations, you will hopefully have much less pain with standing and walking.

The Dark Secret of Knee Scooters
Knee scooters are so cool. It lets you go faster than before you hurt your leg. It lets you speed past everyone else walking slowly in the grocery store, the mall, at work, or at school! No more slowly moving around on crutches. Those are a thing of the past! However, there is just one tinny tiny little problem. They don’t really tell you how to adjust these things. The user manual is vague and unclear. All it says is to adjust to a comfortable position. The doctors just give it to you and say just use it. They don’t have a clue how to adjust it properly either. The only people who have an inkling on how to adjust this thing properly are physical therapists, but the orthopedic doctor didn’t prescribe PT yet because you aren’t supposed to put weight on your leg just yet.
Here’s the secret: you could mess up your good leg if you don’t adjust the knee scooter correctly. Your ankle, knee, or hip could ache and even swell up. This is the only good leg you got until the other one heals! Oh no!
The good news is: it’s not hard to adjust the knee scooter, but you need to know what to look for. The obvious part is that handle bars should be at your waist height. The not so obvious part is that the seat height should be at the level of… oh wait, it’s in the video so make sure you watch to the end!

3 Balance Exercises That Keeps You Safe! (Beginner Friendly)
Do you experience unsteadiness with walking or stairs? Did you recently suffer a leg injury that resulted in weakness in your leg? Today I will show you three simple exercises that could improve your standing and walking balance! The three exercises could be divided into two types of balance exercises: static balance and dynamic balance. Watch to find out how to do this at home!
Another reason I’m doing this topic after doing ankle rehab series is because your improving your balance is an important part of prevention re-injuring your leg.
The static balance exercise I am demonstrating in this video is the single leg stance. It is similar to the tree pose exercise but a little different.
The dynamic balance exercises I am demonstrating in this video are weight shifting exercise in standing and forward stepping exercise. Both of these exercises are very beginner friendly.
If you have trouble going up or down the stairs, I went over how to improve your going up and down the stairs in this video.

Ankle Sprain Rehab Week 4 Strengthening
How to Strengthen for Ankle Sprain/twisted ankle, in the standing position:
Let’s say you sprained your ankle a month ago. The pain and the swelling had gone down. You could walk without crutches, but that ankle feels wobbly. It feels weak. It starts to hurt after walking for a while. It hurts when you go up or down the stairs. It hurts when you run or jump. That ankle is weak! You need to strengthen that ankle! That ankle will not go back to normal on its own. It might feel like it went back to normal, it a sprained ankle that did not go through strengthening rehabilitation will always be weaker BECAUSE those ankle ligaments are permanently weakened. That ankle will be more prone to being sprained again. Maybe you already noticed that this isn’t the first time you injured this same ankle. Today I will show you how to strengthen your ankle properly so that you won’t have pain after walking for a long time. After finishing this strengthening program you will have a much easier time when going up and down the stairs.
If this is the first week of your ankle injury, please watch this video for week 1 ankle rehab: How to Rehab Acute Ankle Sprain (Week 1 Rehab Plan)
If you are able to do every exercise in this video without pain and you still have difficulty with stairs, please watch this video.
