This Secret Was Revealed About Tennis Elbow in 1961
Did you know that the tennis elbow injury was originally not called tennis elbow? The injury known as tennis elbow was discovered by a German physician named Ferdinand Runge in the year 1873. At the time, he named it “Schreibekramf” which translates to “writer’s cramp”.
The name “tennis elbow” actually originated from British surgeon Henris Morris who named lateral epicondylitis the “lawn tennis arm” in 1882.

How to Strengthen The Thumb for De Quervain Syndrome
De Quervain Tenosynovitis or De Quervain Syndrome involves pain and inflammation of two tendons of the thumb and the tendon sheath t that cover those tendons. This tendon sheath is at the level of the wrist on the side of the thumb, so this condition causes pain for both thumb and wrist movements.
This injury is different from your typical wrist sprain. It is not advised to stretch the thumb in the first few weeks or even months of this injury. I will go into detail into how to manage this injury, as well as my personal experience with this injury as a patient.

Fast Relief for Heel Pain
Have you ever had heel pain that came out of nowhere and it hurts with every step? There are several types of heel pain that is not a result of a traumatic event (a fall, banging the foot, something hitting the foot, etc). Generally there are three types of this type of heel pain: plantar fasciitis (which I covered in the last video), heel fat pad irritation, and heel spur. Out of these three, the heel fat pad irritation is the only one that could come out of nowhere. It usually doesn’t last very long, and the treatment is pretty simple as well.
What if I told you there is a treatment that is good for any heel pain? Watch the video to find out!
